Rates below are for EACH house. After booking you will received a letter of confirmation stating the payment schedule and a copy of the rental agreement. Once reservation deposit has been received you will receive a receipt via email and directions to the property.

The code to the lock box will be given to you upon check-in. When you leave, PLEASE place the keys in the lock box. Check-in is at 4:30 p.m., no early check-in is allowed.
Before leaving the house, please be sure to do the following:
- Take out all trash
- Sweep & mop floors
- Leave no dishes, food, or drink in sink or refrigerator
- Make beds
- Clean bathroom
- Turn off all lights, fans, & A/C
